SPECIAL FELICITATION TO RECOGNIZE TALENTS

The Sri Lanka Federation of the Visually Handicapped celebrated the #International #White #Cane Day in October 2006.  The chief guest was the wife of the #President of Sri Lanka, Ms. #Shiranthi #Rajapaksha.  #Manique Gunaratne received an award from the first lady for the achievements and changing the mindset of the community.
