HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

Manique Gunaratne received a training on Human Resource Management which was held at Hotel Renuka in May 2007 to change mindset from sympathy to empathy.   This was organized by the Disability Organisations’ Joint Front and was conducted by the Centre for Advancement of Resource Mobilisation.
