INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY FOR VISION IMPAIRED PERSONS

The University Of Colombo organised a programme on Information & Communication Technology for Visually Impaired persons in December 2006. Delegates from the Asia Pacific Development Centre on Disability (APCD) of Thailand and JICA of Japan were present. Manique Gunaratne spoke on the progress on Information & Communication Technology for Visually Impaired Persons to leave no one behind.
