Information & Communication Technology for Visually Impaired Persons

Manique Gunaratne represented Sri Lanka at the Training of trainers in Information and Communication Technology for Visually Impaired Persons in Bangkok – Thailand, November – December 2005. Vision impaired persons from the Asia Pacific Region were selected for this training. The training was held at Asia Pacific Development Centre on Disability (APCD).
