Leadership Training for Visually Impaired Persons

Manique Gunaratne represented Sri Lanka at the “Leadership Development training for the visually impaired persons” organised by the Asian Blind Union in New Delhi, India in April 2002. Blind and partially sighted persons from the Asian region got together to speak on the rights of vision impaired persons.
